  • 2 chicken fillets
  • Half a head of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 red bell bell pepper
  • 15 dkg yellow cheese
  • oil
  • seasoning for chicken

Method of preparation:

Wash the chicken filets and cut into cubes. Put the meat into a bowl, pour the oil and add the seasoning. Mix thoroughly and set aside. After 30 minutes, fry the chicken until brown. Next, shred the Chinese cabbage, cut the peppers into strips and grate the cheese. On each tortilla, place a portion of chicken, vegetables, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up the tortillas as desired and fry them briefly in a little oil on each side. Serve warm.

Kneading with breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • butter

Recipe:

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water, cool and press. Add flour, egg and quickly knead the dough. If the mass is too sticky, you can add one tablespoon of butter. On a floured board put a part of the dough and form a roll, then cut it diagonally to a thickness of 1 cm. Put the dumplings into a pot of boiling water. After they float to the surface of the water, cook them for 3 minutes. Proceed analogically with the rest of the dough.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs. Serve the dumplings with the browned breadcrumbs.

Pasta from the frying pan

  • 10 dkg smoked bacon
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • salt, pepper, basil

Method of preparation:

Boil the pasta al dente. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Chop the onion and add it to the bacon. Stir until the onion is glazed. Add spinach and fry until it wilts. Then add the chopped tomatoes. After mixing add the cheese and spices. Add drained pasta, mix everything and fry for a while.
