Watermelon and feta salad

Cucumber and bell pepper salad

Cucumber and bell pepper salad is a very colorful, striking and tasty choice. To prepare, you will need colorful peppers, onions and 3 small-salted cucumbers, which can also be substituted with pickled ones. In addition, you can use a handful of parsley, pepper, salt and oil.

After thoroughly washing the vegetables, remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut it into cubes and put into a bowl. Cut the onion into feathers and cucumbers into slices. Pour everything into a bowl, season with the additives of your choice. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add some olive oil to the bowl, and then mix everything thoroughly but gently. To make the salad look even better, you can sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.

Salad with avocado and feta cheese

Avocado is an increasingly used ingredient in many dishes. To make this salad you will need avocado, 100 g of feta cheese, a few cherry tomatoes and red onion. The whole thing can be seasoned with a handful of parsley. It is necessary to add to it four tablespoons of olive oil and additionally season with pepper.

First, peel the whole avocado, and then cut it into cubes. Cut the feta cheese the same way, and the cherry tomatoes will look best in strips. It is a good idea to shred the onion, and very finely chop the parsley

After putting everything into a bowl, pour olive oil over the salad and gently mix. For added effect, you can sprinkle everything with some larger leaves, such as oregano or basil.

Fruit salad with pomegranate

A fruit salad can’t be missing from the list of ideas. To prepare it you need six tangerines, six kiwis, a pomegranate and a large bunch of white grapes. To complete the taste, you can add a dressing made of honey and lemon juice. To prepare this sauce you need six tablespoons of honey and the same amount of lemon juice. The whole thing will taste best chilled, so serve it straight from the fridge.

Peel the pomegranate and separate the flesh, then place it in a bowl. Add peeled and diced kiwi and tangerine. Then add the grapes, they can be whole or sliced with the seeds removed. Add the lemon juice to the honey and stir vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved. Pour the dressing into the salad, then mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly. The fruit salad is best served in glasses or littles.
